Life Fork
As we travel on life's journey
We contact many other souls along the way
With some we plod along together
choosing the same paths for a while
Others we pass unnoticed
And there are those who wave and smile.
Sometimes we meet a special soul
who suits us wonderfully well
And we sail along with a following wind
hand in hand riding the swell
As one; high and inseparable until
We arrive at the fork in our road.
