“Story of A Girl”
Here's the story of a girl
Who can't stand heartache
When she finds a new world
She dumps him in a lake
Steps on the gas and gives him the shake
Then she goes for a ride
and pretends his heart is the brake
The thought of this lady
Keeps him awake
Why does she hide?
Why does she act so shady?
Maybe the fact that he's shy is making her crazy
Why do I keep coming back?
I couldn't stop if you paid me
Feels like a heart attack is getting in between me and my baby
I'm lonely waiting by the phone
Thinking "Just maybe,
the thought of me and you girl,
is driving me crazy"
but you gave me the slip
I was just too lazy to get a grip
Now I'm eating alone
While my heart drops like a stone
If only you could feel my heart
You see girl
You tore it apart
