The tenderness of that first embrace
A satisfied look in a lover's face
Tender moments of touching and sharing
Romantic caresses of beautiful caring
Whispered words of love in deep passion
Enjoying the love, ignoring the fashion
Laughing and smiling at a private joke
Joined together in love without nary a yoke
Crying when the one you love ails
Holding each other when one of you fails
Knowing that when the time comes to an end
The one that you loved was indeed your best friend
Little things and little loves are these
For without them our lives would just cease
