The End

I often wonder what I'd see when the end arrives
Would life flash before my eyes including all my drives
Could I recall that moment of life when I came to be
And every little incident that ever happened to me
A light of hope, does it exist when the end looms very near
I ponder this from time to time and often shed a tear
Why must we cease to be in this plane of being I wonder
So many questions about the end I'm left to puzzle and ponder
I watched as others passed away, the end brought to them a smile
If left me in a state of awe and I thought of it for a while
Of others I felt the agony as their life soon ceased to be
I fretted over this a lot for it could be my destiny
The tales of a grim reaper coming to take souls away
Sometimes haunts my thoughts at times on any given day
So of the end I ponder, but I dwell on it not a lot
For I think of the life I'm living and all the things I've got

The end always makes me wonder too. The true question I ask myself is if I will ever go to heaven. Because my eternity diploma is not signed with Jesus's blood yet.
