End of The Road
I exited the house, tears streaming
I stepped outside, sun gleaming.
I ran down the long dark street
Then my heart skipped a beat.
Where would I go I wondered.
For a while these thoughts I pondered.
The car came up a woman peered out
Then to my surprise, I started to pout
"Are you lost" the woman said
"No" I said back
I ran home, and lay in bed. . .

I like this Jake.... it's sounds as if you were lost, maybe not in the geographical sense, but in an emotional/spiirtual sense- Good Job. ~PEACE OUT
