I'm sorry you have to go through this
I've been there done that
but this is not about me it's about you
parents divorce is hard to go through
if you need to talk you know I'll listen
but when this is over you'll be happy
you'll be relieved, you'll shine and glisten
divorce is a long rough road to tread
before it is over you will wish you were dead
but don't wish that, you have many friends
but you know it's real, don't pretend it's fake
