Sand Castle
Its massive walls held up by dreams
As well as all my fears
Surrounding it, the deepest stream
I filled up with my tears
In it is where I dwell and play
To release the kid in me
Oh, how I long to live and stay
In my kingdom by the sea
My castle welcomes all my friends
Who stay both loyal and true
But soon their inner children end
And they will leave me too
And as the hurt grows more inside
I will feel more alone
The pain will turn into the tide
I wish the grain were stone
And as the tide grew more and more
I grasped it in my hand
As the wave took out the shore
Along with my castle of sand.

Lovely to read! Simply awesome!
I LOVE THIS POEM!!! I like it because being a kid is fun and remembering the things that became a dream and alive no longer exists in our eyes but you and I and every one eles still have the kid that we all love and care about inside of us... its just that no one notices that kid yet. But some do.
I love it!!
