The Chamber

I was imprisoned for many years
The chamber heard my cry
And silently it listened
As time kept passing by

When I'd shout out in despair
It would echo back to me
My companion was a listener
Who heard but couldnt see

And what if it did?
How kind, could it be?
Would it right what it had wronged?
And in the end, set me free?

Now I am bound to the stone
With a pain in my heart
This cell gives no end
And leaves no room to start

As I am caged into this chamber
And bound up by the hand
I sit in hell with a listener
That will never understand

    heartrending yet lovely...
    ...I really love your poems..
    ..The break through my numbness
    and let me feel..

  2. Angel Rider says:

I don't believe that you are alone and inside a chamber that doesn't understand in a dark cold stone wall room... I believe that you just haven't notice me or others inside the dark chamber that do understand you.

I love this Poem because I can feel you
