A Tribute To Our Soldiers
This goes out to all the loved one's we've lost, the soldiers who didn't make it home, and friends who've already crossed.
A dedication to the people that cease to exist, the faces that are gone, and the past we reminisce.
A tribute to our fallen brothers and sisters, we miss you and we send you our hugs and kisses.
In honor of our passed mothers and fathers, we will stay strong, try to move on, but never go a day unbothered.
So now I say thank you to our fallen hero's, it's because of you we sleep in peace at night on our pillows.
Your death was not in vain, it was for us and for that we will always remember your name.
As we clinch your dog tags tight, we fall asleep, and I thank you for that right.
At the end of each day we cry a tear for you, send up our prayers, and hope that you hear a few.
We miss you more and more as time continues on, and your memory remains bittersweet like a heart broken love song.
So to all fallen soldiers from wars way past to this day in 2007, we all ask that you save us a seat beside you up in heaven.
May your eternal bed be as soft as cotton, rest in peace, you may be gone but you are never forgotten.
And to our soldiers who have to stay longer over sea, I thank God he made you stronger than me, because compared to you, I am weak, so I solute you with every word that I speak.
You protect this country with your life, so willing to sacrifice, most people wont even sign up to fight, but you do it knowing you could die any night when you could be at home holding your wife. To me that is mind blowing and ineffable, and that is why im showing my feelings, but really they're inexpressible.
So while your fighting for our Freedom, I'm writing these for you to read them, but I speak for everybody when I say while our hearts are still beating, you are the reason.
Please don't forget how much we all love you, and how proud we are of you, and as the sun goes down I raise my arms to the sky above you and ask God to minister to you.
I hope this writing can be enough for you to see, that it is with all my heart I thank you for fighting for me.
So to all the boys and girls overseas, may you come home safe to your families.
I know words can't express the way we feel and certainly nothing can heal, but I wanted to write what is real.
My deepest apologies go out to those who have lost someone, I wrote this for you, its not much I know, but its all I could do, and to those with family deployed ill pray for you too.
Soldiers, our pride is endless, our prayers are continuous, our love is boundless and our thanks is countless.
And in my final words I say to you, your bravery is great, your fear is none, just remember that through Christ all can be done.

Nice poem. There is no greater love than a man who would lay down his life for his friends but a wicked fool would extract this gift for profit.
