Insanity of Affection

What happens when you start to go mad?
Your sanity breaks bit by bit
All because your will isn’t strong enough
Just because you crave affection.

You have gone most of your life without it
Few special people have helped, oh yes indeed,
But alas they became a memory of the past
Starving you for what you need.

Of course you can’t help how you are
After all you were used when you were young
By those you thought you could trust
Abusing you sexually then discarded like trash.

So don’t feel sorry when people think you’re obnoxious
Or very outspoken or loud when speaking
For they don’t know that your sanity is going
All because you crave affection in your life again.
