The Purge, Part 1
The heavens speak
Against Earths actions
Damning all the sinners,
Condemning the arrogant.
Wide-spread hypocrisy
‘Cross the whole land,
Unknowingly tainted
Those of innocence.
The angels are enraged,
Willingly to tear asunder
The war-mongering fools
With no peace in mind.
The stage has been set
For the much needed cleansing,
Purging the Third Rock
Of its vile twisted nature.
In a moment of nostalgia
The illuminating figures wonder,
On times where it once was pure-
And beautiful;
Realizing there were only but a few.
