Seeds of Love
Plant your love in sunshine,
not shadows from the past.
Grow in soil that's free of fear.
Watch roots grow strong and fast.
Feed it much attention.
Water it with praise.
Share it with each other,
so it spreads more every day.
When the weather's stormy
and edges start to bend,
wrap in warm embraces
'til it finds its strength again.
Your love will sprout its seedlings.
You'll sow them as above.
They're likely to take over,
your garden full of love.
If your love grows greater,
than your heart can comprehend,
just place some in a basket
and take it to a friend.
Plant the seeds together
and nurture them with care.
Knowing as life passes,
your love grows everywhere.
