"As If"

You look at me as if you cared for me.

You wave at me as if you were my best friend.

You hug me as if you were my girlfriend.

You use words as if I were supposed to be your everything.

And you talk as if you loved me.

But you don't know me

You don't care.

You arn't my best friend.

I will not be your everything unless we were going out.

And you don't truly love me.

So please...

Look at me like everyone else.

Wave to me as if your boyfriend is behinid me.

Hug me as if you were late to class.

use the words you would if you just met me.

And talk to me as if you were turning me down.
