Hope rises and falls
Hope rises inside me
But falls when I see
The new girl your holding
The one thats not me
I know thats its over
And never again
Will I get a chance
To touch your hand
There are voices I hear
Telling me to be stong
That I have my friends
But I know Im alone
Fear had risen inside me
Thinking of you
And all the hurt
That you could do
But I pushed it away
Thinking you were good
You wouldnt betray
Thought you never could
Someday Ill move on
When someone new comes along
Hopefully then Ill forget
