Just Today
Just Today

Morning star, I face today
As I'm slipping away
This day, a pre-existence
Since, I have no ambition
So to what, am I to do?
Without a thought or two
This day could mean something
A bit charming or just anything
Work, another day is upon me
I'm at work now, thinking on this solely
So whenever I will make it today
Will be the day, when my ambitions awake
Tomorrow is another day, true they say
But still, I have to deal with today
So for right now, all it is
Is just today
