Epic: Winter Chills

Winter,

A white void

Mixed with black and blue

Almost like a beat down

Pain, Paralyzing

Freezing temperatures with depressing hidden words

Words of agony fill the cold air

Nothing there

Animals away for the season

Dead things are natures biggest heathen

Even the creepy crawlers are buried away,

And scared of its effects, the snow lay

An endless woods

Nothing but white dust covering everything, is natures new found desert

Lost, castaway

Feeling lonely and insecure

The only company I see are the footprints from visitors like me

Walking endlessly, For a time

Speaking nothing, and feeling of no pride

Winter dreams is a lie, and it meets the eye

In this sense Christmas was put here to deceive you

Blanketing the real colors of winter that can’t be denied

Generations of children of any color show a sign of gentleness,

Building snowmen in the wilderness

An imaginative figure showing kindness with a smile

Brings a sense of warm happiness when you are with a child

Forgetting loneliness, depression, and other bad words

You see a new picture for winter

Where they fill that void ever after
