Winter Chills III
Winter comes and goes,
As people do the same
Marriage isn’t as stable,
Once the cold gets in there’s no fire to light the place in your heart
People like winter, but are deceived, let it blow apart!
It looks nice, to the eyes
Just like someone looks nice, to a lust
You were once proud of who you had,
But now you sleep in sorrow lonely and mad
The warmth that you once had
You were simply a pole standing in a winter storm
Someone then comes out of nowhere
You and her become one
She touches you, in a sense which you never been touched
This is simply a feeling you never had
This feeling of warmth is something you feel you need
After she touches you, in time you will have a new feeling
Just like how temperature, in time rises with progression
This warmth is something that you can’t ever let go
The feeling of love which no one will ever show
You know you have nothing, but this warmth is all you know
The void is finally filled,
And is satisfying,
With the anxiety now at still
Temperature feels different,
Your life has a new meaning
Then you feel comfortable and another storm comes falling
The warmth you have fades,
Because she is leaving you for whatever reason the storm brings
You then feel abandoned, alone, and betrayed.
This cold air blows in your face,
It laughs at you, and your heart is stained
The warmth is gone,
Now you cannot rest
You knew that the void was filled in a temporary bliss
