Song: A Pretty Sight for a Sore Monday
Well what can I say?
I come in, and what do I see?
It's been awhile, we both can agree
Work's burdens been so heavily on me
Push to limits, with no turn of a cheek
But then I see, And now I feel so at ease
Like when a storm hits, then the sun shines,
And the rain is as gentle as the blue sky
You're a pretty sight for a sore Monday
Every time
Verse II
Its raining today
Ain't really much to say
Cold blow of my fist, into walls,
It's what I think about, on one typical Monday, all day
Words I think about are as cold as the wind blowing in my face
Yes, there are even people that I think, I do hate
The blues is taken control of me
But what do I see?
A site for a sore eye evidently
I then have no reason to think of a fight
You're a pretty sight for a sore Monday
Every time
Verse III
Well, what else could I say?
In this poetic society,
I'm tired of thinking,
And reading the lines in between
So I'll just say one more thing
Maybe for you it'll mean something
I won't think it anymore, I will say it
I'm done, through on thinking about it
I have no reason to be shy
You're a pretty sight for a sore Monday, every timeā¦
And now I see your rainy day,
