One Side
Yeah, I like how you look at one side
But never to look further and realize,
That I am more than what you think or believe
I think that’s right
But what do I know?
You seem to know everything,
For what should I know, about you?
Yeah, I do see that my art is unique
And this is why you keep hangin' around me
But what about the whole thing?
Both my mind and what I have to bring?
I guess if you think, you should give it time
A new way of showing love, for me
Which I see it clearly, and not taken in stride
Yeah, my one side does show more clearly
As of what the sun shines or the moon glows,
For merely an essence for you to ponder on
What for me to wonder on how you might be thinking about
Hey maybe I’m really the one? Or just another one
Which has no unique qualities and just another astrology
Hey, let’s think on another form of astronomy
Like actually takin' the time to fly and see the sky
For what it really is and not just what we might think,
As if we’re shy, but we seem to love each other clearly and plainly
Right??
Yeah, I know things are hard when you’re focused on being the same
Never want to change, on how you look at things and other ways
I’m not asking much, this is all a ponder, just another wonder in my head
When I see you, yes I too keep thinking about the certainties laid before me
Maybe its just another card to play,
Or another game that people play and confuse it with a compensate which they call “life”
Yeah, I do feel I am in the right mind
This is just something to share with you,
Maybe another puzzle, which piece can you find?
You need to look at the whole picture and not just one side
Yeah, that’s all I’m saying
I’m not really that difficult
I’m just unique and now,
To you, you do see, it is in another way
For real!!!
