friends

a smile and a hug
a nod and a wave
the best gifts that my friend have gave
i could never replace that feeling of fear
that my nearest friend help disappear
when i was down
broken and low
these friends held me close and wouldn't let go
i love them with all of my heart
and they've loved me from the start
a simple thanks is what i give
they help inspire more reasons to live
when life seems low and hard to bare
just now good friend will always be there.
