snow good-byes

The snow falls in silence
Like tiny dancing feet
I look out my window
Nodding to their beat
Soft and slow each flake drifts from the foggy skies
Looking up in regret saying their good-byes
To be a snowflake would be grand
In some certain ways
Sitting relaxing for the rest of my days
But the summer would come and melt me away
Yet another good-bye to eventually say
But in the sky I would remain
Till the conditions brought me down as rain
but I'd end up in the sky again
and good-bye to the earth is the message i'll send
