walking into darkness (she dreams)
the walls are dank
the room is small and dark
the cold penetrates to your bones
the bonds of her hands and feet burn
beyond tears, she is feeling hopeless
this prison is sapping her of strength
in her mind, she runs away
her means of coping
until salvation
arrives
she prays
she hopes
she dreams
of new freedom
of a brand new life
that the bonds be broken
that laughter returns to her
that light is shed down upon her

your poem speaks of breaking free. What appealed to me is the way you have brought out that desire in a visual form, in the way the poem is printed out. A sculpted word-work.
Nice flow to it..
