subjectify

subjectify me!
this is no touch
I am no one’s object
I am your flesh and blood
and carnally attached
I am your leach and you
can’t shake it, can’t shake it

shake rattle and roll and
I am on fire tonight and
I am the hot stuff
show a little shimmy and
I am my emotion’s grinning son.
catch me; I think I am falling over
topless

I am a bubble breath
and a blathering blubberer
you are the prophet and
I am trying to keep my heart
from blabbing all my secrets
and ruining everything.
hearts sometimes like to ruin everything

make me your prophecy
you are my bucket-brained
know-it-all
I am the missing link
The life completer.
The circle maker.
I am your lovely-lu

my sentimentality
dropping in egocentric
circles
obsessed with my self that is for you
self-possessed in my
self-fulfilling entropy
