The Tale of the Deep Dark Sea: Part II
The boy floated on downwards
He opened his eyes and began to swim
A huge ship was headed down above him
He raced as fast as he could towards the light
His air running low, His life running out
And then time began to slow as a board went by
And the boy saw his father lying stuck
He felt himself start to give into the sea
And with tears in his eyes, began to swim again
His heart pounding, and lungs screaming
He finally breaks free, gets a breath
And swims back under into the water
Deeper he dives, but never he finds
That board, nor his father
Down he swims until finally he knows
He leaves behind his father
He leaves behind his past
Again the boy breaks from the sea's grasp
But this time, so does an evil beast
Its stomach hungry for some human flesh
It sees its target and begins its hunt
