Silence
The eerie sounds, surround me in their emptiness
Their echoing silence, penetrates my soul
It screams in my head, louder than anything I've ever heard
I move towards an unknown location in the devouring darkness
Each footstep unclear, each heartbeat unheard
Where am I walking? Why isn't anyone talking?
What is that feeling I feel, that someone is watching me?
I cannot see, therefore I cannot flee
WHY ARE YOU TORTURING ME?
Silence

"What is that feeling I feel, that someone is watching me?" sounded awkward.
I like the caps. And the last line is just perfect. Good work!
I think it achieves the panic feel that I was looking for. You don't have to be grammatically correct when portraying a character's emotions.
