Letting You Go
I am tired of your lies
Exhausted of your story
I'm ready to give in
Finally able to live
Because I won't no longer
No, today I become free
So you can finally look away
And go tell your story elsewhere
I'm no longer listening
Your voice matters no more
Your cries are now forgotten
By these searching ears
And by my stinging eyes
I'm casting you out
Tearing you away
Fleeing from your tales
Escaping to the truth
No matter how much it hurts
No matter how many tears
It is finally time I see
There is more to me than you
More to have then your misery
More to feel then your suffering
I need to find my own pain
So I'm finally letting you go
