New Chapter

So you've gone...
Yet the world still turns
So you've left, and now
My heart no longer burns

I thought it'd be harder
Full of pain and hurt
Instead I faced the anger
Dark as the dirt

For a month I was alone...
Lost in the darkness
Until a new light shown
And then I saw the sun rise

I thought that you were the one
No one else, just you
But no the story's not done
It's time to turn the page

A new chapter has just begun...
