Come Home

What do you do when you feel all is lost?
What do you do when you ran out of steps to climb?
What do you do when you have said all the words to be said?

We did all we could to keep you happy, to keep you ours.
But no matter what we said, you were never.
You act like you were a prisonner...
If you were, you built your own walls, and you built them high.
So with all these emotions high, worries spread.
You picked an answer causing more pain.
You left us here to rot with worry, unknowing where you might be.

What do you do when love has failed you?
What do you do when pain arises from more pain?
What do you do when hope has dissapeared?

The only thing we showed you was love.
Even after all your constant harm.
I feel like I should be crying...
But none of us can shed any tears.
Everyday we wake up, and hope you would be home.
Maybe tomorrow...
Just maybe, girl come home.

What do you do when you have run out of tears?
What do you do when your legs are tired of pacing?
What do you do when you run out of hope?

  2. Leah Pilger says:

There are moments in life that I feel so weak and all I want to do is run

I know I can never fix what I've done
    But I want to.

I'm sorry, and thats all I can tell you.
