Journey on a Wheel

Think outside the box, but inside the circle.
Running around in a ring
you don’t know exactly what you’re doing, all you know
is that it is something.
I’m secure yet vulnerable, yes I’m mysterious,
Take me as a joke, but I’m telling you I am serious.
I have risen from my ancestor’s grave
who were not slaves, but kings and queens.
Kings and queens who were majestic and supreme,
but a little too extreme.
For they believed in themselves and not in The One above
yet our Lord showed them due love.
You’re looking for what you’re looking for,
whatever it is it can take a day or a year,
you could be trying to find the truth or overcome your fears,
but maybe what you’re looking for could be right here.
