Don't Play With Fire

They say not to play with fire
However it leaves a lingering desire
You know that it is wrong
For it you can’t help but long
So go ahead and play your game
The brightest of flame you cannot tame
Try your hardest to manipulate
Though you cannot altar fate
Move her like a puppet on your string
Until you lose control and feel the bee’s sting
Now the tables have turned
When you play with fire you’re going to get burned
Can you feel the anger of her flame
How does it feel to be a pawn in her game
What’s it feel like to be on the other side of the cage
Just another letter on the page
So burn baby burn
Maybe this time you’ll learn
