I thought you were the one
but my thoughts have changed.
You were by her side each and every day
but my jealousy has floated away.
I waited day after day for you to look my way
but I don't want to see your blue eyes any longer.
You never came, but I still waited
but no longer will I be patient
I lashed out at you
but I felt happy for doing so.
You will be, not even a speck of my life
but I do not regret this happening.
You try day after day to be my friend
but I have denied your effort.
You have now accepted the fact, that I am no longer a part of your life
But I am happy for you because it is true.
