Why did I have to cross paths with your
dangerous yet beautiful gaze
for you are like lion and I am the gazelle
you have now captured me
I tried once
to forget you
but now those hateful thoughts are gone
all I want to do is forgive you
You have done no wrong
but your jealousy has now overcome you
as your fingers slowly typed out those
hateful words only to push enter
and hurt me and an enemy
the words spoken
have now damaged our relationship
it only took a single day
for the tight bonds we shared between us two
to be broken and replaced
For now I would like to forgive you
but something is holding me back
though your efforts keep pulling me closer
