Forever Is Too Long
what is death, if not a beginning.
those who die, are truly winning.
for in the end, they're better off.
free from this world and those who'd scoff.
at what they do, and what they say.
is this really, the best way?
you're leaving us, and way too soon.
off on a new adventure.
where I can't follow you, this day.
but it won't always be this way.
for when the times comes we'll meet again
down that road I cannot go.
past that bridge, it is forbidden.
but one day, I'll break those rules
and once again, we'll be together..
this isn't the end...
this isn't the end...
