There was once a time when poetry was the higher form of speech and whe a person were to fall from there place of authority or honor, their speech was then written in prose. This tradition is long gone. People don't talk like us any more. nobody does. it's sad that we have casualized so far that we are no longer seen as the higher speekers but as just some more crack pots with rhymes.
There is still hope, but we need everyone to help. I also need everyones ideas. Does anyone want to help?

Why don't you start up a group for poets and like minded thinkers in your own home?
It's been working for me for over eighteen months now.
We read and discuss the work of other poets and our own work.
This week some of us are 'performing' at a local event, for the first time.
I think it's important to believe in your dreams.
