This is good Lala La... Independence is a great feeling, although if everyone was independent.... no one would feel needed....and not feeling needed, is not a great feeling.

Fellow Poet, Rick Brown wrote a similiar piece, with the same title, "ON MY OWN"- you ought to scope it out...

This was good. It makes you sound trapped, then freed to spread your wings. But the trap was only opened by saying, I don need you now.
