Help please-i want to write but...

Hi there,
I love writing and i want to write more but it seems as though my handwriting is really really messy even when i try slowly!!!
What could help me to stop my messy writing?? Like types or pens/papers/or techniques???
Also when i write my hand starts to hurt and i wait about an hour though when i pick up the pen it hurts even more!!!
Is this to do with my pen/how i write??
Please if you have any suggestions!!!
Mel.

it seems the more into the writing you are the easier it is to re live your flow
so you should be able to re create and remember most of what you wrote
however I find that my words flow alot easier through typing because the worry about mistake in writing can be overlooked with the delete key you know
    so just type
sometimes saying the first words in your head and making them rhyme pays off too

    Hello there!

When I was a teenager I discovered the fountain pen. I have never gone back to any other ordinary pen, especially when it comes to creative writing. I recommend that you look into a Pelikan (German) fountain pen or the Pilot vanishing point fountain pen (this is a pen that I recently acquired and is unique because the the nib is fully retractable). Some fountain pens can cost a great deal of money, but one with a gold-plated steel nib is more than adequate for the first time fountain penner and will run you about $30-100. Not only will your legibility much improve with a fountain pen, but it will also allow you to write longer without hand strain or fatigue. Go to www.joonpens.com to see the vast world of fountain pens!

I also recommend that you always do a rough draft of a poem or any creative writing by hand first. This will cause you to slow down and consider your thoughts more carefully and correct mistakes for yourself, without the use of a computer or other electronical aid. I wrote my first novel, "Tales from the Boudoir" by hand with a fountain pen before I typed it up. Also, have a good dictionary on hand and read it often. Use your newfound vocabulary in everyday speech and never use abbreviations; give words the respect they deserve by spelling them out fully. Hope this advise helps and I wish you a good night and prosperous writing adventures!
